AM bike

A good ride is better in the morning for me its quit and I don’t have to worry about . truck smoke I hate truck smoke deisel exhust is the worst.!!!!!

one week down

Well I had my first wek of training it went ok. I didn’t loose as much lung capacity as I thaught I would. This year I will need to work on speeeeeed are there any good tricks? I usualy build on my sprint at the end of my run gradualy increasing lenght.This seems effective but only a the end.What do you think?
